lorentina, a psychology graduate from Romania, discovered Foglianise after living 25 years in Veneto and was captivated by its beauty and history. She decided to share her love for the place by courageously starting the "Borgo del Sole" project, rebuilding the ancient village into a comfortable and welcoming refuge. The village, embraced by nature and history, becomes a symbol of rebirth and shared passion.

In the past, the village was a bustling center of artisans and farmers, renowned for the production and processing of local typical products. However, over time, its glory had faded. Florentina saw its hidden potential and decided to restore its ancient beauty, turning it into a haven for lovers of history and nature.
